Me and My Girls

I'm the only blond in the middle.

This is a new beginning for all of us. We are each finding our own diet and exercise plan. I think it will be very interesting to see who will lose the most weight and inches. I'm going to use Weight Watcher's diet and my exercise plan will be a mix of walking, aerobics with Gilad, the treadmill and lifting weights. We should all start on the same day and log our progress. I wonder if there should be a vacation at the end of the diet... I mean end of our weight loss (this must be a lifestyle change for me because my body is changing - I can't eat like I used to). Back to the vacation idea, bikinis on the beach? Not now, I'd look like a beached whale!!!!!

25 Pounds By 25 Years

In an effort to regain my pre-marriage body back, (yes, I said pre-marriage, not pre-baby) I have decided to keep a public journal of my daily efforts to become thin again. It's been a year and a half since I put on my 15-20 lb. weight gain and it's now time for change. My goal is 25 pounds by my 25th birthday in November. I will post a before picture when I build up the courage and will continue to post progress photos through the next six months. I hope my mom, Julie, and sister, Jessica, will do the same. I'm crossing my fingers that the humiliation of posting before photos will help us reach goal weight.
