I'm the only blond in the middle.
This is a new beginning for all of us. We are each finding our own diet and exercise plan. I think it will be very interesting to see who will lose the most weight and inches. I'm going to use Weight Watcher's diet and my exercise plan will be a mix of walking, aerobics with Gilad, the treadmill and lifting weights. We should all start on the same day and log our progress. I wonder if there should be a vacation at the end of the diet... I mean end of our weight loss (this must be a lifestyle change for me because my body is changing - I can't eat like I used to). Back to the vacation idea, bikinis on the beach? Not now, I'd look like a beached whale!!!!!
